Yes, I get lost in obsessive thoughts, trying to think my way through myself and events when more often I am best off feeling my way through. Learning this is one thing, practicing it quite another. It is my challenge in life.

Sometimes I lose sight of that. Thinking my way through things and questioning is a strength, and a vital part of me, but knowing when to let go of this is a valuable trick.
